A FEW GOOD QUESTIONS

Before we
start building.

Do you only support first-time U.S. market entry?

We support both new market entry and companies that already have a U.S. presence. The work can focus on establishing a first operation, developing commercial traction, strengthening local leadership or preparing for the next stage of growth.

What kind of companies do you work with?

Crestmont is focused on European companies with a serious ambition to build a lasting U.S. business. Our experience is particularly relevant to industrial, manufacturing, building products, security and equipment businesses where commercial development and local operations need to work together.

Can Crestmont take an active leadership role?

Yes. An engagement can include executive and operational leadership as well as strategic preparation. Responsibilities, decision-making authority, time commitment and the relationship with your European headquarters are defined around the needs of the business.

How do legal, tax and regulatory matters fit in?

We coordinate the commercial and operational setup with the appropriate specialist advisers. Legal, tax, immigration and regulatory advice is provided by qualified professionals for your company’s specific circumstances.

What does the first conversation look like?

We start with your company, your ambitions and your current position in the U.S. Together, we identify the priorities and discuss whether Crestmont is the right partner. The scope, responsibilities and commercial terms are agreed before an engagement begins.
